Courtesy Pick up. resident says we have taken her trash can lids and wants two more. I also gave this to Shelby so he can get her the lids sent sent bobby east out

Courtesy Pick up. I entered the original complaint Nov. 8I had given this to Shelby and called her Nov 10, at 11:30am and it appears that she had given us her fax number by mistake. Resident was wanting new lids, saying we had taken them.
