The walk sign was NOT on to cross tenth, as pictured, though the speaker on the button said it was. To duplicate the problem you may have to wait ten or so seconds into the cycle.

Under the train bridge on N College, there is more than an inch of sand in the bike lane. It is effectively impassable by street bike.

When the car light is green for 10th Street and the pedestrian signal to cross tenth street is a solid hand, the talking box on the beg button says the walk sign is on. I stood there a few signals and the box starts saying the walk sign is on when the green light is on for both directions. It's about 4:22, and I took a video if you'd like to see.
