i have been calling your office and you guys never answer that phone you say you come to patrol and you dont come to the place either and the dog at apartment 1157 south basswood cir is crying and barking all day i am disappointed that you dont do anything , the dog is going to die and you never come. Looks like a dying young raccoon on the road/sidewalk outside this address. It was curled up in a ball but moved it's ears when it heard me walk by - didn't move it's body at all though.
