Trees growing up through the asphalt (along the stone wall border). We were advised by the HAND department to contact you about the tree removal so we can finish work on the stone wall itself.
There is a no parking sign on the north bound side of Madison as you approach the stop sign at Dodds. A vehicle is regularly parked at the house on the southeast corner blocking over half of the north bound lane approaching the stop sign.
Huge pothole on 1st St about 100 yards west of the BLine trail behind Kroger. On the south side of the road, in front of the yellow apartment buildings. That whole block is riddled with pot holes, but this one is the biggest.
There is a really large & deep pothole in eastbound lane on First street between Rogers & B-Line. It is capable of doing serious damage to a vehicle.
I live down the street from a construction site which is consistently incredibly noisy very early in the morning. I have reported this construction site for noise violations before, and the problem was, for a time, resolved. However, the problem has started again as they are once again beginning work early in the morning (around 5 a.m.) which, I am aware, is well before the time they are supposed to start even staging for their operations. I am an IU grad student and I need to be able to rest. I am aware that my neighborhood is in a rather defunct part of town, but people still live here and need to be able to function as normal. Yard is overgrown and has trash in front yard.
Reported a couple days ago and the case has been closed. The grass is even higher and there's even MORE crap in the yard. It's been there all summer. How can the case be closed without anything happening?
The residents moved out a week ago and left a pile of furniture parts and trash in the yard and up against the house. Kept thinking they may return, but I have seen no one.
