The term shall also includes the vegetation listed in Section 20.05.059 of the Bloomington Municipal Code. "Yard waste" means grass, weeds, leaves, brush, tree trimmings, hedge clippings, and other yard and garden materials. 6.06.050 - Excessive growth. (Ord. No. 12-23, § 1, 10-3-2012) "Constitutes a nuisance." A nuisance. Public health - ticks, kissing bugs. This is a city lot, not the county.
