closed #169733 Parks & Rec Buildings Twin Lakes Sports Park Case Date:8/6/2019 I was a spectator at Twin Lakes Fields on Tuesday the 6th. There was an obvious safety threat with a sky full of lightning and no action was being taken. I felt like this was neglect at the very least.
