Once again after the crew had been advised not to collect trash on Kinser Pike between 7:30 and 8:00 am, they did it again this morning. There is no way to pass and it takes 10 to 15 minutes to reach 46 and Kinser when collection is taking place at this time. There is no other route out of our four additions except for Kinser.

For the entire 12 years we have lived next door to our neighbor, Roger Reading, 2403 N. Browncliff Ln., he has left piles of trash and inoperable cars on his property. We have asked him many times to clean it up, and he occasionally has complied, only to resume using his driveway and surrounding area as his open trash can and junkyard. He fills the unused cars with trash, throws trash on the ground (sometimes right next to trash and recycling bins), animals get into it and spread it around, etc. The current tally of neglected cars is 6--one in his open garage, surrounded by garbage, and five in his driveway (part of which we share as easement to Browncliff). I was once also in his home as per his invitation to help him locate a waterline break. It is also filled with trash and is in a state of utter disrepair. The one photo you allow me to attach does not come close to doing justice to the extent of this mess. We are tired of allowing him to affect our sanitation and property values. It looks like someone has been "living" along walkway between Winfield Road and Valley Forge road on the north side of Moores Pike (behind homes 2416 & 2420 E. Boston Rd, Blmgtn 47401). There are food items, phone charger, shirt, etc. by the wooden pedestrian bridge behind the homes in Revere's Run tract of homes. A lot of people use this walkway and the trash collecting along the walkway (and Moores Pike) is getting worse every week. Thanks!

Excessive trash and mattress strewn about yard at 2527 S Rogers St, Bloomington, In 47403-3690. Lower level looks vacant / boarded. Upper level is a constant nuisance of throwing trash around yard. Thanks for addressing promptly.
