Traffic issue around tri north due( Tri north areas Dyer Blair and maple 14th st) to increase of students, and parent pick ups. Safety concerns. I have two videos showing concern 1 where it one way traffic due to parked cars on both sides of roads and I almost get hit. Alley way between 6th & 5th street West of Kirkwood has been constantly blocked by construction equipment being used to construct the new building where the cab parking lot used to be located. This has caused significant problems for the businesses who utilize this alley for deliveries and for trash pick-up daily.

There are some parking meters on Madison, between 4th and Kirkwood, on the Kirkwood Apts side, that are missing the green stick that has the # to be entered on the parking app. Many thanks in advance for fixing this.
