Abandoned and apparently broken scooter lying on the sidewalk on the east side of Grant between Cottage Grove and 11th.

Street lamp is out on the NE corner of Grant and 11th. Please replace with a yellow-orange bulb to match the majority of the others in the neighborhood, not a bright white one such as those at Cottage Grove/Grant and Cottage Grove/Lincoln. They cast a harsh and unpleasant light. Thank you.

Retaining wall is beginning to collapse again. Currently, some large, limestone blocks are lying in the middle of and blocking the sidewalk on Lincoln at the NW corner of the property.
