The parking area behind this address has parking blocks lining it. Citizen damaged vehicle trying to turn into north/south alley having to avoid parking blocks. Thinks blocks may be too close to the alley.

Susie Johnson brought over this complaint; trees overhanging into right of way,beginning to scrape cars
