Missed pick-up/yard waste

There are young children on tricycles in the middle of the road. Mr. Wright has cautioned them before. If this is in fact a daycare, can we do something to keep the kids and their tricycles out of the road? There are many speeders along Montclair who might not see the children. This is very unsafe and something ought to be done about it.

An old junk car has been sitting in the drive-way with brush all around it for at least a year.
