Semi truck parked in 7-line in front of the health department seemed to think he was doing me a favor by only blocking one lane. a car is parked on the shoulder and has a "for sale" sign in the window. The shoulder is a de facto sidewalk/bike lane on Arlington Rd and this is making things dangerous for cyclists and pedestrians here.
