Resident states that the monthly bill keeps raising. An increase of $1.00 this month was attributed to the franchise fee increase. The resident stated that TCI told them that the City was asking for more money, and that this increase would have to be passed on to the customer. It is really hard for people on fixed incomes when the bill increases every month. Resident states that his bill has raised every month since he subscribed to TCI.

I would like to report a dead city tree in the tree strip in front of my house. Tree site ID: 27963. The tree is—or was—a flowering crabapple, and it has died over the past few years.
