The situation along the B-Line trail around the Grimes bridge is out of control. Tents have been setup along the side of the B-Line just north of the bridge. While riding through this area earlier this morning with my 11 year old, we had an individual come out of one these tents and start yelling at us. This does not feel like a safe situation for anyone.

There is pothole on eastbound Dodd St just before Morton St.
There is pothole at the intersection of Morton and Dodds.
There is a pothole on shoulder by 315 W Dodds
Graffiti on the retaining wall on the west side of the alley directly off of Dodds (N-word Killer)
North bound Madison has no parking sign as you approach stop sign for Dodds. Cars are regularly parked halfway onto the street making the intersection dangerous.
Pothole on S. Madison St. just south of W. Dodds St., in the northbound lane.
Trees growing up through the asphalt (along the stone wall border). We were advised by the HAND department to contact you about the tree removal so we can finish work on the stone wall itself.
There is a no parking sign on the north bound side of Madison as you approach the stop sign at Dodds. A vehicle is regularly parked at the house on the southeast corner blocking over half of the north bound lane approaching the stop sign.
