As a long-time rental tenant at 612 N. Lincoln St., I and the neighbor with whom I share this property have been cited at least twice in the past for garbage/public cleanliness violations. Having come home last night from a weekend out of town, I was shocked to see two enormous bags of trash from my neighbors at 610 N. Lincoln St. strewn across the sidewalk in front of my house and down the alley in between our houses. Upon returning home from a long day of work just a moment ago, I have to express my disgust that nothing's been done about it. For a department that is apparently very diligent, it surprises me that this would go unnoticed and uncited. Please send someone to investigate my complaint and cite them, as you have me. Two youngish trees in the tree strip on 4th street, NW corner of 4th ST. and the alley between Grant and Dunn Streets (in front of Korea Restaurant). These two trees have had multiple dead wood branches for some time and dead wood needs to be removed. Now the tree closest to the alley appears to be dying. It looked fine last week, but this week all the leaves are turning brown.
