A red Ford pick-up truck and a white Ford van are regularly parked in front of 613 and 619 S Eastside drive and both have a license plate that expired in Nov 2023. These vehicles are not abandoded, they are being used. Why has this escaped the watchful eye of the officer who drives his white Parking Enforcement car through our street several times a day?

There is a Bird scooter abandoned at the corner of 1st and S. Sheridan. It has not been moved in over a week, other than when I have to pick it up out of the roadway.

we counted 12 cars driving in and out from this house. As stated in the first complaint, we are experiencing up to 40 cars a day at peak times in our neighborhood due to this large illegal retail business. The average is 20 cars a day, that is 100 cars a week and nearly 400 cars a month on average. We have several families with children and a public school bus stop near this home. As you can see, the roads are narrow, and this is a dangerous situation in our neighborhood. Please enforce the law and close this business for good. Semi truck parked in 7-line in front of the health department seemed to think he was doing me a favor by only blocking one lane. He said he would be there a while if you want to go tell him what he was supposed to have done. In any event I think some more flexi-posts on that stretch are warranted. Thanks!
Total of seven cars were parked at the property for which were blocking the sideway which is a huge safety issue and they are at an intersection.. This is a repeated problem at this residence.

Neighbors ignore the 4 foot free on either side of drive daily, this dude parked a further foot in drive, impairing visibility and access to drive. Yellow curb markings need to be repainted, hoping that will cut down on illegal parking. Almost got creamed pulling out last weekend as neighbor had extended cab pickup extending into drive on one side and car on the other. Please help before there’s a serious accident!
