Summit Pointe Apts, Unit 1071, 1071 Knollwood Circle. Our unit has had recurring water intrusion and moisture problems since June 2026, and management has not tested for mold or provided any inspection findings. On June 22 we reported water on the bathroom floor and wet carpet near the bedroom entrance using the maintenance request form on Summit Pointe's website (photo 1 is from that day). On July 3 maintenance came and, according to my brother, checked the carpet with a moisture meter and said a full inspection was needed, but that inspection never happened. Management now says it has no record of our 2026 requests, and none appear in the resident portal. On Sept 23 and 24, after rain, the cardboard we had placed by the bathroom wall to track water was wet again. We have also found dark spotting on the bathroom wall and bathtub area and on the underside of a mattress that sat on the bedroom carpet. We run dehumidifiers daily and are not using the affected bathroom. On Oct 1 an area maintenance supervisor lifted the carpet in Bedroom 1. There was discoloration and dark spotting on the underside of the carpet and on the padding. He said he was confident it was not mold, but no sample was taken and no testing was done. Using the same Klein Tools ET140 meter in Hardwood mode, as he directed, we measured about 26 to 29% (red range starts at 24.5%) on discolored and raised areas of the exposed flooring. The living room floor also has a raised area. We are asking for a City inspection of the unit for water intrusion, moisture and possible mold, including the bathroom, the Bedroom 1 carpet, padding and flooring, and the living room floor. Temporary patch of pot holes from a few years ago has broken up into gravel and gets picked up by snow shovels and pushed into my front yard when it snows. This causes damage to the yard and needed spring repair. Would appreciate a permanent repair or have the gravel swept up. ears ago

I reported this sign being down a while ago after some storms came through and the case was closed/marked complete. The street sign was removed, and it hasn’t ever been reinstalled. Will it be reinstalled?

This flatbed trailer has been parked on Davis St. for several days straight now, including overnight. It completely blocks the eastbound lane of traffic and is parked in front of a speed limit sign. In addition to that, during the day until about 9pm at night, that side of the street is lined with work trucks and more trailers. It makes it hard for the school buses to pass through in the afternoon, and creates a hazard for all drivers. The contractor is Blackstone Construction, do they have permits?

The alley is an unimproved surface and is intended to provide access to the properties; it is not a designated parking area. Our neighbors have been parking vehicles along the side of their house within the alley, which is making it difficult for us to safely pull out of our driveway and is also preventing larger vehicles from passing through the alley. We are concerned that the current situation could interfere with access for larger vehicles, including emergency or service vehicles.
