I am physically disabled live alone. Moved to this (section 8) reside in November. I am unable to mxnsg the parts to my disability. So my rhuematologist submitted a letter stating g my issues s the employees sh do the trash/ recycle CARTS will bri g them back to.my yard/porch sftrvesch pickup. To date this has been done once! I get caretakers who do so for me often but in the event they forget or I do not get one my trash/ recycling carts sit at the road risking causing harm to other motorist if fall over. Which oftentimes happens to I am on a slope/hill. The manager might hold me in lease viol as well!

Hello. I am a Bloomington resident residing at 110 1/2 W 6th St. My apartment entrance is in an alleyway off of 6th between Walnut and College. While this alley has normal amounts of debris, there seem to be many unsafe wires dangling from the various poles and buildings. My main concern is with the alley behind my building. The entrance is off of Walnut between "Btown Diner" and "Samira" restaurants. There is an abundance of trash, grease, vomit, bugs, defecation, and cigarettes throughout the space that causes a repulsive smell and attracts many rodents. This is a very unsanitary environment that workers from the businesses(restaurants especially) on 6th Street take their breaks in. I am not sure the best course of action but I would suggest having the businesses clean their trash bins in addition to having the city power wash the grease and other various fluids off the pavement. Homeless camp trash in a large area. Will the City have the owner clean it up

There are homeless encampments steadily increasing in number behind my house and those of my neighbors. There are now several in view of my windows. The amount of trash is staggering, including countless hypodermic needles. Trash is regularly set on fire by the residents of the encampments, producing noxious smoke that smells terrible and is surely not safe to breathe. The city needs to do something about these encampments. Open air drug use within feet of neighborhoods with young children should not be tolerated. I've been a resident of Bloomington for a decade and I'm strongly considering moving out of town due to the city's inability to address this issue. Please do something.

As has been usual lately from this property, trash is overflowing from cans onto the ground. Multiple bags laying on the ground. Some loose trash scattered about the area and getting onto nearby properties.

There is a campsite set up on W 3RD Street behind the convention center. in the photo you can see the tent with the convention center behind it. Across the street someone is camping in the doorway of the old Fox Motorcycles door way. There is trash strewn along the sidewalk. This makes it feel unsafe to walk on either side of Third Street between College and Madison. Because of the underpass the space feels constricted adding to the feeling of unease.

Encampment with hostile people living in filth. Defecating and urinating. Just south of dog park. Do something. We spent millions on this park, it is being misused and abused. DO SOMETHING!!!
