Neighbor (pavillion properties) leaves the gravel pit unattended and the trash is overflowing, there is waste and needles all over the lot. There is now a mattress where homeless are sleeping. It is creating risk for clients and staff. He should be penalized for not maintaining the property.

Pavillion Properties owns the empty parking lot to the north of us. It always collects trash, needles, etc. No one cleans it up and its reflecting on our business (Vanished Aesthetics and Contouring) next door. Is there anything that can be done about this?

There are too many houses owned by too few people that some of us who don't want to be rent slaves can't buy our own places. Please disallow house hoarding.
