Greetings: I am the Director of the Farmer House Museum and I would like to address the safety concern in our ally that connect between Morton and College at 10th Street. I have a detailed video taken by our board member that shows the area of concern and safety. We have applied for an AARP grant to secure funding to repair and update the parking pad and the alley inbetween the Woodburn House and the Farmer House museum. At the Farmer House Museum we cannot repair the edges of our parking pad without the evaluation from the City of Bloomington. Thank you for your time and consideration. Hello. I am a Bloomington resident residing at 110 1/2 W 6th St. My apartment entrance is in an alleyway off of 6th between Walnut and College. While this alley has normal amounts of debris, there seem to be many unsafe wires dangling from the various poles and buildings. My main concern is with the alley behind my building. The entrance is off of Walnut between "Btown Diner" and "Samira" restaurants. There is an abundance of trash, grease, vomit, bugs, defecation, and cigarettes throughout the space that causes a repulsive smell and attracts many rodents. This is a very unsanitary environment that workers from the businesses(restaurants especially) on 6th Street take their breaks in. I am not sure the best course of action but I would suggest having the businesses clean their trash bins in addition to having the city power wash the grease and other various fluids off the pavement. Accessibility issue on E. 6th Street sidewalks, behind the public library. Where the library's driveways cross the sidewalk, the wheelchair areas are very narrow and uneven. Is this something the city will replace, or is it up to the library?

Hello, there is excessive growth and illegal dumping behind my house at 1221 West 6th street. Someone has thrown a toilet back there. You can easily access the area via an alley way to the parking area behind the houses on Kirkwood. Thank you for your attention to this area. -J
