You've put in meters and on top of 25cents an hour and parking ticket REVENUE, you are also requiring the user / city resident / visitor to pay YOUR credit card transaction fee. Really ? Please name me one downtown merchant that requires the customer to pay this fee. Ridiculous. I will be shopping / eating / recreating elsewhere. Not downtown Bloomington. A pickup with temporary plates, now expired #483A445 has been alternately parked here, in front of 1203 and the corner house on adams since the temporary plates were put on about a month ago. The plates expired June 10, and the vehicle seems to be on blocks presumably preventing rolling.

A charcoal Grey Jeep Cherokee Indiana License plate # UP5372 has been parked in front of our house for months. It has not moved. It looks like an expensive car, so abandoned for the summer by a foreign student? Isn't there a time limit on parking spaces?
