Fence for this property (or maybe 1125) is protruding too far into the public alley. Mr. Fleetwoods tenants need to access this alley to exit the property, and that need will become more urgent as the 3rd/5th/Adams construction begins. This fence makes the alley inaccessible.

Ms. Angust stated the the property owner at 804 W. 7th Street (John Bavender) has placed metal fence post on the property line between his property and the City alley. Ms Angust stated that the post were not installed correctly and that the post lean into the alley, since then he has placed cement blocks around the post that she thinks encroach into the alley

A resident who wants to remain anonymous called Public Works Dept. to request that a staff member check to see if two metal stakes are with in our right-of-way.
