A citizen called in reagrding tenants moving and leavin 8-10bags of un-tagged trash. Sent saintation crews to collect there were 17 bags and a trash can. Director of sanitation collected the trash and noticed that the door to this unit was open and that there are approx 15 and 20 more bags and matteresses inside the unit. In the West 700 block of Allen Street, cars park along south side of street in No Parking zone. Citizen is concerned that an accident will happen because of the narrow width of the street and wonders if the curb can be painted yellow.

Memo from Street Dept., Limbs at 620 S Ballantine in the street, but not blocking parking space; limbs at 619 S Ballantine on the side of the road. Requested we tell property owners limbs are their responsibility to bundle for yard waste pickup. The Street Dept. is now doing limb pickup as they did last year.
