Excessive speed and noise along College Mall Road from motorcycles. They are racing up and down the street at a high rate of speed. While cars are an issue, the motorcyclists are more disturbing and prone for an accident.

Drivers are constantly running the stop signs at Sheridan/Southdowns and Woodlawn intersection. I see it personally every single day. This is also a pedestrian crossing area and someone is bound to get hit someday.
Cars speeding on stands drive between Rogers Rd and Olcott park. This occurs especially on weekdays a little before and after 3:00pm. Thanks.
kids are being dropped off directly onto South High St while drivers (parents?) are stuck in traffic. With the exception of the well staffed and operated crossings, the stretch from the traffic circle to the school entrance has become an unsafe free for all. Back ups during drop off and pick up extend from school parking lot onto high st,then up E Rogers and E Winslow. Not an easy place to flow that many cars and people but creating a safer situation should be considered.
Blue Buick at 3345 is permanently stationary with no registration I do not know if this is illegal or not. The condo H.O.A. is unresponsive ( Ivy Sells). The owner of this unit is Hoosier Choice Realty. This resident had a visitor that intimidated me in the past . Cars.law.com states an unregistered vehicle in Indiana may not be located on a sidewalk. NO ONE goes the speed limit by this school. You placed 20 mph beacons that begin at 7:25 a.m., but they are ignored. If you had a police vehicle sit at the area once a week, I'm sure people would drive the speed limit. The speeding in the area makes it difficult to turn in and out of the school. Thank you.
Consistently vehicles are running through stop signs at the corner of Olcott and Winston between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Often speeding at 20 mph or above. There are many young children who may be at risk.
Speed limit enforcement on E. Winston Street. Posted speed limit is 25mph, but cars do not respect this speed limit, especially when traveling down hill at Winston and Sare Rd intersection. Please enforce the speed limit. We have several small children in this area. Maybe a sign that says "Drive like your children live here"?
