Two large potholes in neighborhood. First is near intersection of Caray Ct and Claybridge Dr. Second is in Southern Oaks Dr (between Cedarwood Circle and Sare Rd). Also, there is no street sign on the intersection of Canada Dr and Claybridge Dr. Can the neighborhood get a street sign here? Thank you Ryan Niehaus

Potholes across the road after you turn west onto Gentry from 446, impossible for bikes to ride through it without taking a beating from the rough pavement.
There is a void under the street that appears to be a sinkhole at the NorthWest corner of 422 S. Washington St.
Once again asking the city to fill in this huge rut that was created at the end of my driveway and in front of my mailbox when Winslow rd was repaved. Previously the request was denied saying it was outside the scope of the project, however, the project created the rut during the project work so I'd like the city to fill it in before snow comes and myself, USPS, and delivery trucks get their tire stuck in this hole when delivering mail and turning right. The alley next to my house has a deep ditch from water runoff. Hoping you can come and level it off, so my car doesn't get damaged. It's at the entrance to the alley, 516 S. Highland Ave. Thank you!
turning east onto THornton from Maxwell is not safe for cyclists. Lots of potholes and loose sand and gravel in the right lane on Thornton. All of South Maxwell has a lot of very rough pavement also.
The property pictured on ticket is located on Xavier Ct. It is fenced in. The part of the property on the other side of the fence, along the walking path and street, is overgrown and covers quite a bit of the walkway. The people who own that property have neglected maintaining that area for many years now. I'm hoping that the city can clean it up or notify the property owner to please clean up the area so the walkway is not obscured by overgrown, invasive greenery. Thank you.
On the west side of the intersection at Covenanter and College Mall Road there is a lot of sand and gravel in the road as of a few days ago.
