AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES OF OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENTS FOR THE CITY OF BLOOMINGTON, INDIANA, FOR THE YEAR 2026

This ordinance sets the minimum and maximum salary rates for all sworn fire and police personnel for the year 2026 in accordance with Council-approved collective bargaining agreements. Note: At the October 22, 2025 Regular Session, the Council adopted Amendment 01 to this ordinance. This amendment adds the words "not," "and," and a period() to Section 111 C and corrects "benefits-elegible" to "benefits-eligible" to fix a typographical error.
