This ordinance appropriates various transfers of Funds within the General Fund, Parking Facilities Fund,
Risk Management Fund, Police Pension Fund, Alternative Transportation Fund; and, Appropriating
Additional Funds from the Cumulative Capital Development Fund, Municipal Arts Fund and Rental
Inspection Program Fund.
