His name is Weenie. 15 years, male, around 15lbs, He's a chihuahua, terrier mix. Very small with long black fur and white spots on feet. Poor eyesight, poor hearing, grumpy, bobbed tail, pointy ears with very short legs. He is chipped, but no collar.
