inquired for more information on 6/12. Received the following response on 6/14: I sent this a couple of times because I was never sure if the iPhone app really actually passed the info to you all. This is a couple of bricks missing on the multi use path on the north side of Country Club/Windslow. Maybe the picture didn't get sent in also from the iPhone app. I probably misclassified this too because it's on the path. Thanks.
