We met with Mr Gardner and he seemed to understand the issues.

Tony and I met with Mr Gardner and he said he thinks the large rip-rap rocks are blocking the eastern pipe. The rocks do sit up higher than the pipe invert but they are far enough away that they are not blocking the pipe and we are concerned that if we remove them, there will be a lot of erosion. Tony said he would see if he could get some of them out but still keep a layer of stone to prevent erosion. Mr Gardner said he thought that would help.

I talked to Tony Eads because a work order was issued for this months ago. He said they went to look at it and nothing was wrong. He went out again and said the property owner has added #8 stone in the ditch leading to the pipe but still didn't see that the pipe was blocked.
