Phone Call: Caller states that there is a rolled up carpet, computer & old chair in the side yard. Lumber and metal in the back yard and general trash scattered about the entire property. Caller also stated that there is no construction going on at the premises.

DB, cars in drive. Knocked on door, contractor answered. Owner out of town but she called later. Explained to owner and contractor about trash and how to get rid of it. They will get rid of carpet and things at side of house. Construction is taking place at the property. Back yard has secured plastic and tarps on lawn to kill grass so that area can be landscaped. Not a violation. Both contractor and owner state there are disagreements with a neighbor. Will monitor. Closing case.
