Street Lights:
Other: I strongly feel there are many streets in Bloomington that are not sufficiently lit and pose danger to drivers and pedestrians. Many side streets off of Third Street Woodlawn, Faculty, Arbutus, Rose, and others have almost no light once you turn off from Third Street. This makes it difficult to see pedestrians and increases the chance of accidents.
