Other: The traffic light at 10th and Union needs to have its sensors checked. Starting late last week, it stopped responding to the sensors in the road. It shows green for far too long on Union, which backs up traffic unnecessarily on 10th St. (This isn't due to increased cars on 10th St, but rather due to the light's short cycle.) At night, the light will run a full cycle even if there is no traffic and will not respond to cars idling over the road sensors. Thank you.
