Signal was damage due to accident; waiting on new signal cabinet for correct timings we are aware of problems.

Traffic Signals:
Other: Traffic light at N. Union St. and E. 10th St. The light is green for N-S bound traffic on Union St. for much longer than traffic moving E-W on 10th. This is causing long and unnecessary backups on 10th St. This began a few months ago. Please look into adjusting the light timer.
