Other: At the corner of East Third Street and Jordan Avenue, why are there no crosswalks painted in the street for pedestrians crossing Third Street? It seems very odd that there are pedestrian signals telling pedestrians when they may cross, but no pavement markings showing them WHERE to cross.

Matt, can you please respond to this? As I recall the recent 3rd street resurfacing removed the crosswalk markings and we opted to delay their reinstallation to coordinate with the 3rd & Jordan sidewalk/drainage work. Thanks!
