Talked to the contractor and visited the site. The area has been repaired with temporary asphalt.

Tracey, Thank you for bringing to our attention the 'bad hole backside of steel plate' at the intersection of 11th and College. Today we contacted the responsible contractor and they have added more temporary asphalt. We will continue to monitor their work during the project. At the completion of the project, the contractor will be responsible for permanently repairing the roadway. Please feel free to contact me with any further concerns.
