Phone Call: Ms Fulford left a voice message 8/22/16 indicating the neighbor to the north (521 N Dunn St) has a pump for a spring that shoots water out at least every few minutes and it's pointed toward her house and water has no where to go so just ponds.

I determined the City had not directed the pipe to be disconnected. Although this is on private property, I called the property owner (Jeffrey Brawley - 521 N Dunn) to see if he could reconnect this pipe. He said he was not aware of it and he would get with his maintenance workers to resolve the problem. I called Ms Fulford to let her know of this conversation.

I met with her at the site and saw the water pumping as she described. It looks like the pipe used to connect to another pipe that went underground but has been removed. I told Ms Fulford I wanted to make sure the City had not directed them to removed that connection due to our smoke testing in the area.
