Abandoned Vehicle:
Other: There has been an abandoned car parked in front of my house (519 E 14th St.) for a couple weeks. It's a dark green sedan, missing the front bumper. The bumper was on our front lawn for awhile, but I think someone stole it during the last football game. We would like it to be removed/towed so that we can use that space for parking our cars again. The attached picture is the view of the car from inside our house. Thanks.
