Other: Parking Meter not working. Meter number 7671, in front of Chicos on M Walnut, last spot before the intersection with Kurkwood is not working. I put 2 quarters in and it did not register any time whatsoever. I'm only here for a half hour guitar lesson, so I am not about to try my debit card, but I don't want to be ticketed.
