Other: Parking Meter at the NE corner of Walnut and Kirkwood is not operating correctly. On 10/25, around 3:00 pm, additional time does not register when I added more coins. I put in 25 cents past an hour and the time did not change. Later, around 4:00 pm, I returned and added another 25 cents, and still the additional time did not register.
