The obstruction was brush within the right of way so I contacted street dept for abatement. I reevaluated this intersection today after getting a message from the street dept. that it had been abated. The intersection now has adequate line of sight for vehicles attempting to turn east or west onto 19th st from Washington st. There isn't contact information for the constituent.

I evaluated this intersection 12/1/2016. Line of sight is not adequate for drivers traveling north on Washington attempting to turn west onto 19th st. Bushes on the SW corner of the intersection obstructs the view of eastbound traffic on 19th street. The bushes are in the ROW. I contacted Mr. VanDeventer (12/5/2016) at street dept. to abate the obstruction.
