Sewer Problems (Storm Sewers):

Other: City crew recently dug out this drainage ditch from 19th & N.Wash St. west along 114 E 19th. Last heavy rain washed large amounts of debris and gravel down to this area. Both grates are blocked - large amt of gravel is piled up in the ditch. Storm grate that had been buried before work is completely covered. Burlap lining ditch is pulled back from flooding. Looks rough. I have more pics but could only attach one. City crew needs to see how their recent work fared.
