Site inspection completed on 5/17/17 and provided results to Jane Fleig with CBU. After reviewing the information with me, it was determined that this was an issue on private property that CBU was not able to resolve since utilities were not the source of the problem. I sent the property owner an email on 5/18/17 regarding the findings, recommended the removal of fallen brush to aid in the natural drainage of the lot, and provided her with contact information for Linda Thompson (City Planning Dept) to see if she might be able to provide some recommendations for site improvements/remedies regarding the drainage and possible sinkhole issue.
