Phone Call: Called to complain about pathways in RCA Park. She said there are two pathways in the park, and neither of them are covered well. She is in a wheelchair and can't navigate the paths anymore because of the holes and ruts. Also wanted to complain about people sleeping in the park, often times intoxicated. She has called the police but they haven't done anything for the problem. She wants to be contacted about when the paths are to be fixed/what she can expect about the people sleeping/passed out in the park.
