Parks & Playgrounds:

Other: Many of us older citizens play pickle ball at this park whenever the weather allows, like this past weekend when it was 47 degrees but sunny. There are just 2 dedicated courts and 2 others with both tennis and pickle ball lines making it very difficult to call lines. We would love for that court to be re-lined so it is just with pickle ball lines. Also, it would be nice to have another court dedicated to just pickle ball since there are many other tennis courts around the city and no other pickle ball ones except at Switchyard Park. Also, a portable toilet would be nice and wind cloths that prevent the wind from over-riding the game shots. Many thanks for supporting us senior citizens and our ability to stay active on Bloomington’s great parks.
