Other: Timing of left turn traffic light allows cars turning left onto south college off of 3rd at bypass to totally block cars heading east at 3rd and bypass sometimes or entire signal cycle. The backup is traffic light at east land plaza near Fazolis.Many cars honk, Veer into other traffic lanes, dangerous "adjustments"yelling etc.
