Landlord and property manager have been informed the violation has not been resolved by the new lighting installed and the city is still working with them to fix light glare issues.

Not sure if this is a HAND issue or not. This light appears to be considered a "nuisance" by neighbors. Can you contact the resident and find out more about their concern please?
