Duke Energy sent email for work order # 26741807 and uReport # 162077 stating that it was still in the process of being repaired and please allow an additional ten days.

Mr Castek,
I have reported the problem again to Duke Energy and they assigned work order # 26741807. I also sent an email to a supervisor requesting a follow up on this matter since the street light at 1101 S Madison St was never fixed per your uReprot # 162077. I did get an automatic response that he is out till the first of the year. Once I find out something I will notify you.
