Other: This horrible rental company had water flowing out of their house for at least a week. Busted pipes, and they don't take care of their properties. There's already been a bunch of cases of mold in their rentals. I bet you anything these subhumas are going to still try to rent this shithole to some rentals they know they can easily take advantage of.
