Other: This house has recently been rented. There is now a person that we believe has been living in their red truck outside the home. Now there is a small RV parked on the Larkspur Lane side of the street beside the same house with an extension cord coming from the house to the RV, which is directly in front of the red truck. This makes seeing around the RV and truck for other vehicles very difficult.
Sending a Parking Officer, if people in vehicle or camper, I will contact BPD
Planning and Transportation does not enforce upon sleeping in vehicles. Police may wish to look into illegal activity report. Parking enforcement would likely be the department ticketing/towing.
